Import biom file into qiime #783

Hi all, I have a .biom file (generated by NGS analyses from a company) and i need to import it into qiime. Can anyone help me? Is it possible that the issue is the location of the file? I did not have it in the virtual box, but I have into C of my PC. All the commands I type do not work!!!!! thank you Esther

This is the wrong place for questions about qiime, phyloseq does have an import from biom see here: https://joey711.github.io/phyloseq/import-data.html
