Thanks for this, but I would like to keep the documentation on the documentation site at least for the moment. Mirroring it all here creates double the maintenance burden if there are any updates; I prefer keeping the README minimal with the documentation link front and center.

Sounds like a plan but at least keep the example and perhaps add a demp code that will display all the symbols to show the users how to use the code for a particular symbol.

Thanks for the suggestion! I will look into ways to improve the README, but for now I’m going to close this PR since its changes are a bit more wide-ranging.
