Distribute license file #274

To fulfill the specification of the MIT license, include it in the source distribution.

Thanks for the quick merge. I was packaging grip and path-and-address on conda-forge, which prompted the PR. If you have any interest in being included as a co-maintainer on the conda-forge recipe, let me know:
