Swap file caused error #281

I started up the grip server with a .README.md.swp in the directory and there was a http 500 error when the http request was made. After deleting the swap file, the grip server started up correctly and server the proper README.md.

The http 500 was really a 401 client error most likely cause by 

HTTPError: 401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://api.github.com/markdown/raw
