CSS files cannot be found after exporting #282

When you export the html file is searches for __/grip/static/octicons/octicons.css and it cannot find it.

This causes errors within the page.

Is there a way to export the css files also and for the html files to know where the css file are located?

possibly have an option for Stand alone HTML? I’m trying to integrate this with gitweb, and it’s not liking new directory when I move README.md to where I need it.
