Add addional options to "Radio Setup" menu for Backlight settings

(Reposting since I don't think I was clear in what I meant last time, I did not 
want the ability to turn off and on via a switch).

Currently in the Radio Setup menu under "Backlight Mode" it allows you to 
select "keys", "Sticks" or "Both".

Change requested is to add "Switches" to the menu resulting in the following 
options:

"Keys", "Sticks", "Switches" or "All".

This way the backlight can come on momentarily if a switch is selected anywhere 
on the radio.

This is different from a custom function and dedicating a specific switch to 
toggle the backlight.
