ppm delay value wrong after writing EPROM #60

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?Taranis

What is your openTx FW version? opentx-r2588

What is your openTx EEPROM version?opentx-x9d-v1.0.00

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Companion9x set RF Module 2 to PPM with a delay of 100usec
2. Write to EEPROM
3. PPM delay set to zero, and external RF module doesn't work
4. Select PPM delay on Tx and value jumps from zero to 100.
5. External RF module now works, but you have to do this for each model memory.

What is the expected output? After writing EPROM, PPM delay should be 100.
What do you see instead? PPM delay is zero until it is selected when it jumps
to 100.

Please provide any additional information below.

This would be a companion9x issue, not openTx.
Can you repost that in the companion9x issue list, after making sure it is
still present with the latest version (1.34)?
