Add option to invert backlight #65

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?
turnigy9x with smartieparts board v2.3 and HKing backlight

What is your openTx FW version?
2491 (companion9x said)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flash openTx 2491 on your Tx
2. Change backlight behaviour in tx settings menu (left button down for a long 
time)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When i set the backlight to OFF the backlight is ON.
When i set the backlight to ON the backlight is OFF.
(so, the automatic backlight shutdown settings switches ON the backlight after 
several seconds... not very usefull)

You need to select support for smartiepart 2.2 board.
It's already included in companion9x options.
