Vario does not work on A2

Which board (stock / gruvin9x / sky9x / Taranis) are you using?

TARANIS

What is your openTx FW version?

2660 and various others tried

What is your openTx EEPROM version?
215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Always present

Vario connected to A2 on v8 receiver.
Can see voltage change on transmitter display.
Can hear vario when telemetry limits set below zero.
No sound when vario output above limits.
Telemetry warnings work.
