Don't autoclose `$$` when in code block

The latex isn't rendered anyway, and it's a slight annoyance for certain programming languages that use the $ symbol such as Perl or x86.

Investigating this—I may try to fix it myself in a fork or PR if welcome:

• This only happens when using the "Autoclose $$ Symbols" setting in this plugin.
• It would also be desirable not to "Move cursor between $$ Symbols" in this context, which occurs even if Autoclose is turned off.
• This plugin seems to counting the number of $ or $$ in the line so far, without regard to whether they actually causing the editor switch to TeX mode:

  ----- `$   // autocompletes to $$
  `$` ------ `$   // doesn't autocomplete
  `$` ------ `$$  // autocompletes to $$$
  `$$` ------ `$   // autocompletes to $$

This is something I've also been struggling with, specifically when writing PHP in my notes.

A toggle for auto-close accessible from the command palette would be a decent addition that could alleviate the issue until the plugin can tell whether or not it's in TeX mode.
