Add keyboard shortcuts for inline and block math #114

I find it annoying to have to write math using the '$' symbol as it is not a common key to press on the keyboard. I would be way more comfortable using keyboard shortcuts for generating inline and block math rather than having to use the dollar. I think that other users may agree with this statement and this is why I am making this pull request.
