Russian is what I usually type, and pressing Ctrl + 4 in Russian corresponds to ;, not $, but the second $ is added anyway.

Hi! @DaSh-More

I am really sorry, it seems that right now the plugin only works with English keyboard. I do not currently know how to make the key triggers applicable to all keyboard layout.
