NullPointerException in RuntimeJavadoc #99

Livedoc crashes when calling /jsondoc because of the therapi-runtime-javadoc library. The issue has been reported here: https://github.com/dnault/therapi-runtime-javadoc/issues/12

The issue is fixed in therapi-runtime-javadoc, but I'm now waiting for a new version of the library to upgrade the depedency in the Livedoc project.
