I'm also facing this issue. I've ngrok installed and also present in trape dir. Working when executed separately, authkey is also working.

Hi guys, This problem caused by the goo.gl URL shortener because of the goo.gl URL shortener was shut down on March 30, 2019. I was figuring out the bug in code on core/utils.py line 150.

and I think we must use other URL Shortener :)
