bug fixing for GPS menu

Hello!
As mentioned in the discussion group, mixare had the little problem that
when starting it while GPS was disabled, it shows the wrong menu in the
settings (not the part of the settings which are relevant to enable GPS).
I solved this bug for HTC sense devices in the MixareDemoLauncher. In the
attachment you can find the patch you can apply.
