Having some problem after installing from hacs. Can't find the Integration to sign in or add any thermostat

@Pyrolife I seem to have the exact same problem, no problems with installation but cannot find the sign in integration or other entities. What solution did you find? Did the same steps as for my HACS/NIBE integration. Installation via HACS, added ebeco: to configuration.yaml, restarted and searched for integration to add but nothing...

Well, solved it, sort of... Reboots, purging caches and everything else did nothing but when I logged in from the Android app, the integration was there. Added it from there and now it seems to work.
