Deprecation warning #24

Hi, Got this error message today when i upgraded to 2022.2.0:

Detected integration that called async_setup_platforms instead of awaiting async_forward_entry_setups; this will fail in version 2023.3. Please report issue to the custom integration author for ebeco using this method at custom_components/ebeco/init.py, line 67: hass.config_entries.async_setup_platforms(entry, PLATFORMS)

Hey, thanks for the report. I'll try and see if I can get some time one of the next few days

@PerfectlyNormal @joggs i pushed a PR that is going to solve this, i have been running it in my setup for a day now without any issues :)
