VSFTPD error install: cannot create regular file #128

Describe the Issue / Bug VSFTPD install from source result in error

install: cannot create regular file '/usr/local/man/man8/vsftpd.8': No such file or directory
install: cannot create regular file '/usr/local/man/man5/vsftpd.conf.5': No such file or directory
make: *** [Makefile:33: install] Error 1

To Reproduce Installing LEMPer Stack on AWS EC2 instance
