Sympy Dependency #25

If there is a new dependency, just add it to the requirements.in file in the top level directory :-)

I'll get back to the tests if I have again more time to allocate to pyrate ...

Thanks for adding! The try block was just a fast solution to the complaining of travisci. I'm not quite sure if it is appropriate for us to add sympy as dependency. For tests with analytical calculations, OK. But as a real pyrate dependency, I don't know :-) I will discuss with mess42 :-)
