Not all available Bravo shows are available through Free Cable #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bravo channel website (www.bravotv.com) provides full episodes of several 
shows including "Real Housewives of Atlanta," "Real Housewives of Orange 
County," and "Top Chef."
2. When Bravo is selected from Free Cable XMBC plug-in, only "Top Chef" is 
shown in Free Cable menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XBMC 11.0 Eden on Windows 7 64-bit.
