Replace Xiaomi GW with ConBee #12

A ConBee should be bought and integrated in order to support more Zigbee devices. This should make the Xiaomi GW obsolete.

Everything exept button for coffe timer migrated to Conbee. Said migration requires update of related automations.

More investigations should be done prior to migration.

Button events supported: 1002: Single click 1004: Double click 1005: Tripple click 1006: Quadruple click

Ready for migration after more testing of switch functionality.

To do:

  1. Move kaffeswitch from xiaomi Gw to deCONZ.
  2. Rewrite coffe timer automations based on new way to represent events
  3. Clean up configuration and secrets after removal of xiaomi_aquara component.
  4. Uninstall app, remove GW (even sell it?)
