The build/test is failing because bevy dev-dependency is still 0.12

bevy_egui needs to be updated also. A new 0.13 compatible version was just released https://github.com/mvlabat/bevy_egui/releases/tag/v0.25.0

Seems some of the examples still need to be updated with the new input enum
