Read peaks from and write peaks to CDF files #10

It is possible to store information about peaks in CDF files. Peacock should 
use this information if it 
is available in a CDF file, and also write the peaks it find back into the CDF 
files.

Note: Peacock stores more information (e.g. search results) for a peak in its 
file-format than can be 
represented in AIA, so it will still need to store information outside the CDF 
file.
