Saturn - its apparent magnitude is incorrect #17

In comparison with the values in the Observer's Handbook.

This is because the terms for the rings are missing. This is dependent upon a physical ephemeris for Saturn, which has not yet been written.

I have temporarily added a silly fudge factor, simply in order to get a better result for this year. There is a general issue for adding physical ephemerides, so it can be taken care of there.
