On the chart, add horizontal lines as an aid to cutting the card stock. #10

For 8.5x11 card stock, add horizontal lines above and below the chart.

Or, apply any time the width is less than the height.

For 8.5 x 11, the card stock is cut into a square. Cut off the top and the bottom, leave the left and right sides as is.

Done. Applied anytime the width is less than the height. Cutting with scissors along the lines will make the chart square. It's convenient to have wee handles to hold the thing by.
