Path is closed even though it should be open #173

I created my handwriting as a single path for my pen plotter. After exporting, the paths are closed even though they should be open.

Programm for pen Plotter

Even in Illustrator or InDesign the path is closed. The CNC Setup is set on "Keep font open"...

What am I doing wrong?

Please send me the font. I will only use it for debugging purposes. Address: @.*** My guess is that illustrator and indesign does not support cnc fonts.
