No problems using the software (Birdfont 2.19.0) to de-glyph an icon font... but when I was done I discovered a new birdfont_settings folder in my home folder. This is not the done thing! Most users like to keep that space clean as it is frequently navigated through in the Finder. I believe ~/Library/Appplication Support/Birdfont would be the correct place to store such settings.
