fix type for pvpowerout to be a signed int #527

This PR contains a fix for the MIN type inverter ( at least if this is the same as a MOD inverter) for the pvpowerout when the inverter shuts down, not to send a 429MW. value.

I can confirm that my MOD7KTL3-XHBP shows this issue as well when charging the battery from the grid. Would love to see the fix implemented.
