Import unit tests for Scope::equals #50

Adds 7 unit tests for Scope::equals in order to increase branch coverage, mostly using null values.

Don't really know why it shows 4 files as changed, should only be 1. They are the same versions as in feature/coverage-improvement , it is only ModifierTest.java that should be different from this branch. Verified this, but please take a look as well.
