Add folders to avoid error when catkin build and fix deprecated macro when run on ROS Melodic.

Thank you very much for your contribution! The commit name of the last one is a bit misleading, wince it is actually a reformat, adding an empty line, correct? It is valid though, so I will spare the pain :)
