Create a showcase site #1

Simple page that shows off the included components, usage and customizations (e.g. via props).

Should also be used for e.g. webpack-dev-server for dev branch.

dev branch now uses https://github.com/vue-play/vue-play.

now using vue-router for showcasing. Still needs gh-pages setup.

now uses vuepress. old vue-router pages still need to be removed or migrated.
