build: update to angular 12 and use ivy compilation #99

Description

Updates angular to version 12 and enables ivy compilation. This makes the package compatible with Angular 16 which only allows ivy libraries.

Hi @johannesjo, Hope your doing good. I would like to know if u have any plans on publishing this commit. Because with ang 16 ivy this library is not compatible anymore (angular2-promise-buttons - 5.0.3 last published version).

Hi, now that this has been merged, I think you need to deploy a new version in order to make this library compatible with Angular 16.
