Thanks for opening this up! I am definitely for improving this!
Meanwhile you can drastically reduce the amount of clicks being used, by using keyboard shortcuts. E.g. for scheduling:

Ah, I didn't realize the shortcuts were documented. It would be great if we can add an option to show all the shortcuts in a quick reference cheat sheet. We could trigger the sheet with a button on the top right, and by a pressing the '?' or the 'h' key. What do you think?
There is an issue open for that subject: https://github.com/johannesjo/super-productivity/issues/991
Meanwhile you can look them all up on the settings page.

That would be quite an upgrade to be able to bulk edit tasks in there !
@johannesjo could you please reopen this issue? Thanks!

I would like to add that the multiple selection feature would also be useful for applying a tag to multiple tasks, which would be very handy.

Problem Statement
Often I choose to schedule multiple tasks together for a later date (and move to backlog). Right now this involves roughly 4-5 clicks per task. Other batch actions that can be repetitive include move to backlog, move to other project and delete task.
:grey_question: Possible Solution
We could allow selecting more than one task at a time. This could be achieved using
multiple-select
. If the context menu is opened with multiple tasks selected then only the batch actions should be shown.:arrow_heading_up: Describe alternatives you've considered
Clicks. Lots of clicks.
