Add native support for Apple Silicon #3040

Please add native support for Apple Silicon. I understand that this is a very niche and difficult request, but perhaps you could open a fundraiser for such features? I would be willing to pay for it because unfortunately I cannot install Rosetta on my MacBook due to work.
