Dedicated propaganda section #3231

Problem Statement

Political statement is very visible in the front page but not easily accessible by all users. Only the ones who visit github can see it.

Creating a dedicated propaganda section within the application would allow developers clearly express their political views.

It's a personal statement. Therefore the github readme is the right place for it. The app itself is not the right place.
