Your Environment

Version used: 8.0.1 shown in About dialog (downloaded from App Store - differs from Version shown in App Store)
Operating System and version: MacOS 14.6.1

Expected Behavior

Mac App Store should show current Version: 10.0.1
downloaded app about dialog should show the same version if no update from App Store exists

Current Behavior

no update available in app store
about dialog shows version 8.0.1

Suggestion

If there is a problem updating the version in the Mac App Store I would suggest to change the MacOS section on the page with the download information to include the option to install the app with the package manager brew: brew install --cask superproductivity
