Image data classes in contrast generator #11

Fix the simulation up such that the classes of image data in contrast generator are of SIRF types, i.e. the contrast_filledvolumes in PET and MRContrastGenerator can be interfaced easily with the SIRFReg resampler and the whole project is more consistent.
