ViewHelper `inEditMode` should not be true in FE context #870

The ViewHelper inEditModeViewHelper shoould always evaluate to FALSE if it is used in FE context. Right now it will be TRUE if there is another tab open in edit mode.

Needs to be checked for the lowest branch to fix
