To reproduce the error:

Open a Website with multiple languages
Select a page which does not have a translated version yet
Change the language in the switcher menu at the top
You will be asked if you want to create a new dimension for this page.
Click Abort
Now the State of the Dimension Switcher is in the new dimension, which is wrong
