drag & drop cells #2

hi! thank you for a great plugin.

Can you add some drag&grop functionality? To move rows, cells, etc

You can grab and drag the table rows and columns in the grey areas. Dragging columns in a table is a bit ugly because of missing technology to do it right. Moving cells is not possible yet, sorry.
