Shortcut disables firefox's network developer panel #131

Hi, in firefox there is a shortcut for network developer panel. Now I cant open it! ctrl+shift+e opens emoji panel. I dont want it to happen. Make please choise of shortcut or ability to turn it off.

Shortcut there is Ctrl Shift ".", and its emoji set is up to date.

@horoshiy-chelovek Ctrl-Shift-E is only to go directly to the Network panel in Developer Tools. Ctrl-Shift-I is the general shortcut to toggle the Developer Tools.
