Fixes scrolling title/subtitle text on ICS #60

I've noticed this problem in ICS and this fixes it. I'm not sure if not having a single line for the title/subtitle is an expected feature but this is the way to fix the problem on ICS.

I don't think he actively maintains this repo, unfortunately.

@Raikia He comes here from time to time, I guess... A while a go @johannilsson said to me he was working on a different branch of this library with new features and pull everything (the other branches) together. I don't know what's the status on that.
