could be done via individual "dingz" device entries in the plugin configuration
might require some rework w.r.t. this, e.g. an option to either specify an IP address or specify a MAC address to configure a device independent to how it is added to the plugin

(adding via MAC might have the advantage of being more portable, e.g. when IPs change or when using auto-discovery)
