Create better description in README.md #9

There needs to be a better description of exactly what this is supposed to do. After reading what's here the only thing i know about it is that it's an "Open source AI System". Further description could be useful for bringing in new contributors.

An idea could be to create a project within Jira (Atlassian) and have a Todo list, everyone can contribute to that way we can keep the Issues tab clean. We can also use it track time if that it is preferred as well.

Will there be coding standards defined or open?

@eliegkassouf I think this GitHub project already provides issue tracking and a Todo list or Kanban board can also be added; this in close integration with the code. I don't see any advantage using Jira.
