This condition (case Type =:= "chat" andalso Body =/= [] andalso Sessions =/= [] of) fails

@shajunr88 did you solve the problem? It would be nice if it worked for ejabberd 16.09! Currently does not work even by re-adapting the code, see my issue for details if you want
