Minimal omn-export feature; make rdfpuml; latex config optional #16

The setup for exporting to HTML and producing OMN ontology has very few dependencies. It's therefore meaningful to provide this as a "lean" option.

Then we provide rdfpuml support, involving various external programs, as the extended version, with a separate elisp file and lob.

Same with LaTeX specialties, this should be optional.
