list packages to be installed #44

The installation instructions should list packages used by elot (eg a subsection of https://github.com/johanwk/elot/blob/main/README.org#get-emacs). Let's make a list and include current "latest" version:

[x] org-mode 9.6.19 (comes standard in Emacs)
[ ] omn-mode 1.3
[ ] sparql-mode 20230104.1113
[ ] flycheck? 20240317.606
[ ] rdf-prefix 20240403.1710

It's best to show it with (use-package) blocks.
