Validation error with pandas=>2.2.0 when extracting measures [BUG] #112

Describe the bug With pandas 2.2.0 or later, extraction of measures results in validation error because the next column contains floats instead of integers.

ms3 version Include the output of the ms3 --version command. If the output is ms3: error: unrecognized arguments: --version you need to upgrade ms3 and see if the bug persists.
