MCS_NOT_EXCLUDED_FROM_BARCOUNT_WARNING although measure numbers correct [BUG] #114

Describe the bug

Warning shows up although MCs 1 and 3 have been correctly excluded:

MCS_NOT_EXCLUDED_FROM_BARCOUNT_WARNING (1, 2) ms3.Parse.original_complete.B380 -- .../ms3/bs4_measures.py (line 899) check_measure_numbers():
    MC 2 seems to be offset from the MN's beginning but has not been excluded from barcount. Context:
       mc  ...  numbering_offset
    0   1  ...              <NA>
    1   2  ...              <NA>
    2   3  ...              <NA>

Also, the columns should not be abbreviated.
