1) Added more ignored_warnings files, message types and extra parameters
2) Adapted parser of ignored_warning files and extra parameters to new type of info, now integer and strings
3) Added tests to current ignored warnings files
4) Added dynamically changing of levels of loggers and handlers, tests for them
Problem: I can't detect DEBUG messages in the log even with the correct level of loggers
